We are one of the oldest tyre companies in the country. We are fully independent, meaning we are not owned by a manufacturer or tyre wholesaler so we can sell any brand of tyre. We are a family owned business, and our staff are part of the family.

Today Les and Stuart Adams, son and grandson of the founder Arthur Adams still manage this family run tyre business located for the past 25 years at the Lincoln Road premises on the Cressex Industrial Estate in High Wycombe, Bucks.

Any price we quote for tyres will include WHEEL BALANCING. 

Maximising the effective life of a tyre makes good economic sense, improves safety and reduces the environmental impact of waste disposal and poor fuel economy. When your tyres are not evenly balanced, the steering wheel will wobble as you drive. You may notice the wobble when driving at a particular speed. Unbalanced tyres will not wear evenly. The vibrations you feel in the steering will also cause stress and premature wearing to other essential parts of the vehicle such as the suspension and steering components.

Wheel balancing ensures that weight is distributed equally around the wheel and that the tyre rotates evenly. This involves adding small balancing weights to the rim.

As well as tyres we also have two state of the art bays offering laser WHEEL ALIGNMENT.

Incorrectly or misaligned wheels cause uneven tyre wear and affects the handling of your vehicle. A correctly aligned vehicle: Will be safer on the road; extends the life of your tyres; will demonstrate improved vehicle control and smoother driving; will reduce expensive auto repairs; have greater fuel efficiency; and have better grip and control on the road.

We offer all of our customers a free wheel alignment check. You will be given a print out which clearly shows you the alignment of your wheels and if any adjustments are required. If we recommend that adjustments are made, we will give you a no obligation quote.
